We visit the campus of Stanford in the morning. It covers 35 square kilometers, the second largest and the most beautiful campus in America. Alumni of Stanford have founded some of the largest high-tech companies: Google, Yahoo, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard. (change to visit UC Berkeley since 2/20/2018,We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! )
Drive to San Francisco afterwards, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We explore the landmark of SF, the Golden Gate Bridge, the delicious seafood and a Sightseeing Boat Tour (optional) departs from Fisherman’s Wharf. Visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, “the Palace of Fine Arts”, and the famous Lombard Street. The romantic and compacted Victorian Houses and fresh sea breeze lure millions of visitors every year! Stay Overnight in Central California, Modesto.
Depart from the hotel this morning, the Sierra Nevada Mountains stretch beyond, it’s where our destination sets today, the Yosemite National Park. Towering granite rocks, magnificent waterfalls and tranquil valley, making Yosemite a fairyland from every angle you look. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, call Yosemite home. El Capitan - world’s largest granite monolith, tallest waterfall in North America “Yosemite Falls”, Half Dome, and Bridal Veil Waterfall… wonders come one after another! Take a walk in the woods and the fresh forest air smells like champagne! After lunch, we travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced very year. In the evening we return to Los Angeles, and finish our pleasant 3-day San Francisco-Yosemite-17-Mile Drive tour.
Leave Salt Lake City this morning, and travel to Jackson Wyoming, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Ride Scenic Chairlift to mountaintop over 10,000 feet in elevation and oversee entire Jackson Valley and the Teton Range stretching afar. Be sure to visit the Elk Antler Arches Square located in the center of Jackson!Afterwards, we travel along the Snake River and arrive at Grand Teton National Park, where we see this natural wonder's amazing view. Arrive in Yellowstone in the afternoon, first of its kind, Yellowstone is home to world’s largest super volcano and over 10,000 geothermal features. Here you can find everything you expect to see in a national park! Snow covered mountains, waterfalls, lakes, rivers, canyons, meadows, herds of buffalos, elks… and the most amazing geothermal features in the world! Geysers, hot springs, fumaroles and mud pots are the wonders that make Yellowstone truly unique. Sightsee Grand Prismatic Spring, Old Faithful Geyser, West Thumb, and wildlife up close... Spend the night in West Yellowstone.
Continue to explore the beauty of Yellowstone National Park this morning! Fountain Paint Pot, Norris Geyser Basin, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Fishing Bridge… wonders come one after another! Cross the Great Backbone of North America → The Rocky Mountains in the afternoon and enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way! Stay overnight in Sheridan Wyoming.
Drive to America’s first National Monument, Devil’s Tower, this morning. The tower rises 1,267 feet above the valley, the hexagonal columns that make up the tower are truly unique and rare, and the tallest in the world! The tower is also featured in famous movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” . Our next stop is the most famous icon of America → Mt. Rushmore National Memorial! George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, look down from their stony height and remind everyone even impossible is possible! Arrive at Crazy Horse Indian Memorial and sightsee world’s largest mountain carving → Crazy Horse! Stay overnight in Casper.
Drive to Independent Rock State Historic Site this morning, Independence Rock was a key landmark for pioneers as they picked their way across the American frontier. Hundreds of names have been carved into the hard stone over the years. Drive to Salt Lake City afterwards and visit the Capitol Hill, the most expensive and magnificent State House in America, the Utah State Capitol! Take a walk in the State Capitol building, amazed by the architecture, sculptures and the rich history behind. Temple Square is our next stop! Follow Mormon Missionary sisters’ lead and see the virtue kingdom for LDS church, the Temple Square, and learn the history and teachings of the LDS Church. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City
Drive to Great Salt Lake State Marina this morning. Known as “America’s Dead Sea”, Great Salt Lake is the largest salt water lake in the Western Hemisphere, water is salty enough for people to float in the lake! Drive to Las Vegas in the afternoon. You may have some free time tonight, or go with our experienced tour guides to see the best of Las Vegas when night falls. Music fountain at Bellagio, Volcanic Eruption at Mirage, Grand Canal in Venetian, Neon Lights Sky at Fremont Street Downtown Las Vegas… Stay overnight in Las Vegas.
Before we leave Las Vegas, we can’t forget to visit M&M'S Las Vegas and Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas! You will have an in-depth tour of the two stores. You can also watch 3D movies in the sweet air! After bidding farewell to the casino, we will the Seven Magic Mountains. Finally, we will drive to Tanger Outlets in Barstow to enjoy some free-time shopping.

Seven Magic Mountains
Across the desert south of Las Vegas, Nevada, rises a large, colorful anomaly. Seven colossal stone forms defy gravity with their teetering formations. Mediating between geological formations and abstract compositions, Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains consists of locally-sourced limestone boulders stacked vertically in groups ranging between three and six. Each stone boasts a different fluorescent color; each individual totem stands between thirty and thirty-five feet high. The artwork extends Rondinone’s long-running interest in natural phenomena and their reformulation in art.

12天的行程真是太充实了,几大国家公园都有去到,大提顿是我到过的最大气最开阔的美国国家公园了!雪山,湖泊,草原,和我想象中的一模一样!令人印象深刻!据说雪山主峰是派拉蒙影业的LOGO,那个特经典的画面!非常值得一来!
又一次在玩哪儿订的团,上次游玩时间短,好多地方没去,这次和老公一起,特意选了个长的,想来次深度游,一趟下来没让我失望,感觉逛遍了美西,总算圆满了!而且订团时上次的积分还抵了几美金,超级开心!
黄石、大提顿,这些景点都很经典,一生绝对是要去一次的!拱门公园适合远足,拱门之间离得较远,适合饭后溜达溜达。我们的行程一路顺利,没出任何问题,吃住也很满意,导游服务也到位,不错!
