How To Use
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

- Closed-toe shoes are a must for the hiking tour! For your safety and comfort, please wear sturdy hiking boots or sneakers with good grip. No sandals or open-toe shoes allowed.

- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.

- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
- Backpacks, large bags, purses, camera bags, walking sticks, umbrellas, weapons, and firearms are not allowed.

Fabulous! Our tour company was easy to work with and their staff was friendly and helpful. Our guide, Diego did a great job and was very helpful with picture taking and tips on how to get good photos
A very positive experience. Our guide was great and the canyon stunning. My only complaint is that the groups moving through the canyon are scheduled right on top of one another such that the groups keep bumping into each other. I understand the drive to maximize profits, but this drive is hurting the experience for guests.
