Overview
- Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous and beautiful canyons in the world and one of the photographers' favorite spots, located in northern Arizona. The nearest city is Page, Arizona, belonging to the Navajo Aboriginal reservation. The Antelope Canyon is divided into two separate parts on the terrain, called as Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon.
- The experience trip is about one hour. Professional Navajo tour guide leads visitors into Antelope Canyon and teaches you how to take beautiful pictures, no matter whether you are using mobile phone or camera.
- Q: What is the difference between tour codes PG-6781, PG-6782, PG-6783 or PG-6784? A: Both experiences are the same, including tickets to Upper Antelope Canyon. There are different departure times and meeting points.

- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.

- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Please bring PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and valid official ID to check in at least 45 minutes before the departure time
- Please NO tripods, monopods, selfie sticks or animals allowed on the tour.
- We do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals,If you must bring pets or service animals with you, please carefully consider joining the trip.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Visitors along with children/infants must bring own car seats and install on shuttle vehicles.
- Customers are NOT allowed to bring Bag into Upper Antelope Canyon. Not even a Clear Bag.
- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
- If there are any issues or questions in the voucher redemption process after arriving the Antelope Canyon, Please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest time.
- It is recommended to book as early as possible due to the high demand of Antelope Canyon tickets
- It is recommended to bring: bottled water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and hat
- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
- Backpacks, large bags, purses, camera bags, walking sticks, umbrellas, weapons, and firearms are not allowed.
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Will get a full refund if it is closed due to bad weather
- Pets and service animals are not allowed inside Lower Antelope Canyon, the building, or on tours.

This time in particular, our guide Jay was exceptional: with great kindness and expertise, he helped me take the best photos I’ve ever taken. An experience that continues to leave me speechless.

The service has been very good and everything requested is explained very well. I would suggest two small areas for improvement: first, the booking page should specify the age limit for children more clearly, as it isn't easy to see. Second, it would be helpful to clarify exactly which passport details are required. That being said, the chat service is fantastic! They resolved my issue without any problems. Also, the information is delivered very quickly. Highly recommended.
