What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
- Please arrive at least 30mins prior to your flight departure time to check in. Please bring your valid official ID for check-in.
- All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 5 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
- Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 928-645-0246. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick up information will be wait-listed.
- Tour is available as a private option for up to 6 passengers.
- Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
- We are not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather or mechanical breakdown. No compensation will be issued.
